Jev from @typesafeai is now available through the B.AI API, bringing a different approach to how AI systems handle structured decisions.
Instead of generating a block of text and asking developers to extract the answer, Jev takes application state plus a typed question and returns a typed decision with probability and confidence.
That makes the model suited to workflows where the output needs to trigger the next step in software.
A support system could use it to route a ticket. A moderation pipeline could classify an action. A risk engine could produce a score. An AI agent could use the decision to determine which branch of a workflow to execute.
Jev can evaluate Choice, Score, and Noul questions in parallel, with reported response times of roughly 70–500ms. The B.AI API lists pricing at $0.042 per million input tokens, with output tokens free.
It is now accessible through Jev-1.13.0 and Jev-Latest on the B.AI API.
